I'm looking into getting a red max blower Redmax EBZ5150RH because of its low emissions and quiet sound. Is it any good? Is it quieter than most models? Does it have any power? Reliability? Thanks!

Never read Redmax has any reliability issue all these years here. The question you should ask is how cold nature is the engine. A lot of RM trimmer have cold start and warmup problem, I don't know they address that yet.

the cold natured part can be tuned out by a carb adjustment by the dealer.

I have two redmax trimmers and they're awesome. The cold nature of them is fixed by the adjustment screw on the back of the carb. I am trying to get a demo on the 8000 blower but nobody will let me take one.

We sold shindy, echo and redmax. I am exclusive redmax now. They are the only handheld product that we can take out of the box and 99.9999% of the time it runs perfect.

With echo it was more like 50-50. They had extremly poor quality controle.

The question should be is Redmax as good as it was before Huskvarna bought them out?
