    small grass repair:
    1 pallet of zosia @ 120.00
    1 cy of top soil @ 16.95
    price to customer was $ 275.00 installed including tax.

    Called customer and gave them the price, they said. Is that all

    does this price sound about right?

    That is a very sweet deal of a price. The customer should be more then happy with that cost as long as the finished product is good. Please let us know how it turns out and the final time spent on this project.

    A pallet of zoysia for $120?

    Our pallets have between 500-550 square feet on them. If it's 500 sq ft on this one that's .24 cents per square foot.....

    Dirt sounds about right....

    I would have to see the job. How much prep work is there? Are you tearing up the old patch of lawn? How much debris will there be? How far do you need to travel to pick up the supplies, and to despose of the debris?

    Without knowing the answers to these questions i would say somewhere around $550.
