Is the Earthway 2050P spreader a decent piece?

    Hello everyone, new member here. I am looking for a decent spreader, not high end, but not a low end Speedy Scotts model.

    How is the Earthway 2050P spreader? I need a walk behind (even though the pull spreaders look nice).

    Spend the xtra 100.00 an get a lesco spreder!I did a long time ago an well worth the mony$$

    I second Leeslawncare. I got the stainless lesco 80# spreader and it was worth every penny.. I think it was $369 but I don't remember for sure..

    I have a 2050, i bought it for occasional use, for the money I think it's great, well built, 3 discharge ports (off memory) for better spreading, so yeah, I think they are value for money, much better than scotts anyway.

    Obviously if you pay more you will get more industrial spreaders, all depends on your budget and usage i guess.

    i bought this unit few years ago-extremely happy with it

    Earthway Model C25SS
    Stainless Steel Chassis
    Same features as the C25P


    btw=purchased it at a Do-It-Best lumber/building store
