Looking to see if this is a Colorado Blue Spruce? This tree is planted in the landscape bed near a client house and it is getting tall and wide already. Starting to rub against house. I trimmed off a few branches to get it off the house but then I started thinking it looked like a blue spruce. These trees usually become very large. I am sure they have a large root system too. This tree is only a few feet from the house. I took a picture of the branch but dont really have a picture of the tree. You can see it in this other picture so maybe someone will know.

Yep what I was pretty sure of. Dont know every type of tree but figured that is what it was. I have been talking to the client and he even said he thought it was pretty large for the area. I am going to advise removing it and planting something more suitable. Probably this year or next the branches will be hanging over the roof. It has already surpassed the house by a few feet

Can still be saved and moved.
I had 2 moved that were about that size a few years back-doing fine in the new spot.
Gotta be dug by someone who knows what their doing.

Got you. What would something like that cost to move? Dont know if he would be interested in having someone move it. It not like the trees cost alot around here. Of course just being moved would give you a larger tree versus if you bought one and started over.
