I know it's slightly out of your area but try Pittsfield lawn and tractor in Pittsfield mass, Abele tractor in Albany ny or a montano co in saugerties ny they are all high volume dealers and should have a unit or two

Its from a rental house, all maintenance records.
New quick coupler, 9" and 18" buckets
New tracks and idler assemblys over the summer for 2300 bucks. Not sure what that even entails
I offered 10 and it was listed for 12.5. Should be hearing back tomorrow

They accepted my offer of 10.5. Should i go jump on this or wait for something with lower hours? It will only see around 200 hrs per year from me

Tough call. Looks a little beat up. You might have to replace pins or bushing. And the cosmetic stuff obviously.

Thats a lot of money for a project for me. But it seems like you don't have a lot of choices

Did you try looking in MD/pa?

This is in pa. It was a rental so it was run by novices im assuming, thats why its all banged up. Paint doesnt bother me. It has a new undercarriage and the motor was maintained, if the hydraulic seals are good i dont know what else to look for. At the end of the day its ten years old. Very few barn finds when it comes to excavators unfortunately.

This is my first ex, so once it solidifies its place in my lineup i can flip it in a few years and grt something a little fresher. Just dont want a payment on anything right now.
