Is this a good price for 13000 sq ft

    40 per cut, no obsticles.

    110 to aerate or slit seed + cost of seed ( about 50 bucks).

    This includes the half day rental of 35.

    Price to mow ain't too bad. Low on the aerating price though (gotta factor in your time pickup/take back the rental unit too).

    I agree with Rod , ok with mow price but too low on aerate and seed price.

    paul, we are able to get close to 30.00 per k for a turn key deal . this includes seeding at full rate, liming at 25lb per k and fert at recomended rate , core aire, and all other labor needed for completion of normal overseeding. you will have to test your market to see what it will bare.

    Slit seeding takes quite a while. If you have many obstacles or rocks in the yard 13K will take about 3 hours.

    on the slit seeding. Slightly low on the areation.
