Have a question for you guys,

Im planning on driving up to Dallas,Tx to purchase a 32" toro proline mower from a guy who is selling it, the question is what is the value of the machine ?

Its a 2005 model but he purchased it in march of this year brand new, he faxed me a copy of the receipt and he paid $2999 for it, he is asking $2000 firm but im trying to get him to come down to about $1700.. is the price he asking around the amount its worth ?

its a tbar/float/koh engine 13hp... it looks in great condition to me just by looking at the pictures, he says he only used it 4-6 times.

here is a pic btw [IMG]

Looks good for the price but it is a little "ball less" not much power. If getting for 2nd mower it would be okay but not primary.
