Is this an OK price for this Bob-Cat WB?

A friend of mine, who I worked with for about 5 years(recently quit), has a 2000 Bob-Cat walk behind he wants to sell me. His dad owns a lawn business and it's just sitting in his garage.

It's a 48" dual-hydro with a Kawi 16HP(I think) engine. No hourmeter on it, but my friend says it runs great.

He's asking 700 for it. Though I just bought a new Ferris WB, I'm thinking I should snap this one up for a backup, simply because I believe that is a good price. Unless there are "issues" with a slightly older Bobcat WB that I don't know about...

700 for a hydro w/b sounds like a steal to me unless its completely worn out.

    I just gave $700 for a 36 gear drive Bob-Cat. Unless it's a pig, I'd say it's a good price.

Sounds like a good deal. I'm looking for one. If you don't want it let me know.
