Is this Bentgrass...?

    Prospective clients lawn is full of this. And yes he's backed up near a golf course.

    Harder to tell when dormant of course. Easier when green:)

    Remember bentgrass lays down and has stems that creep along the ground, rooting at nodes as it creeps along. Roots are not deep. Also remember, bentgrass has short leaf blades--only about an inch long. And...the leaf blades are very narrow.

    I'm pretty sure this same grass is in one of my clients lawn. I took pics last year when actively growing but on what chip. :hammerhead:
