    a long story short, I bid a resi job for a lot that is 50 x 160ft.
there is a small house on it and a bit of trimming.
    I bid it at $40.
the lady was shocked and said that she had bids for 55 to 70 dollars.
    its all level,

I guess I am to low, anyone have any thoughts for my area market?

Gates? maybe if it all requires a 21"

Round here the big companies with cheap laborors charge $22 for a 5K sq ft lawn.
