is this Centipede grass LOOK please

    my clients yard is this kind of grass but someone told me its creeping red fescue. or is it centipede

    Not creepin red. Looks similar to centipede

    okay cause when it grows its got little red pieces in it but it says low and crawls

    Looks like centipede. Creeping red fescue would not go dormant, have a fine leaf blade, and would be green most of the year. Also, centipede does turn red when it's stressed.

    Centipede also spreads by stolons, which looks like what you see as the bottom left lateral stem.

    Centipede for sure, the red is natural. By the way, in the picture are you wearing a white rubber glove while holding that or....... are you a Zombie?? :laugh:
