is this mower worth it?

    i was offered a gravely Pro-1548G with a flaoting deck started looked like barely used. had skully, striping kit, and grass catcher. its a 2004 for $2300.

    I am not real familiar with the different Gravely models. Is this a belt or hydro. If it is a belt it sounds high to me, if it is hydro it soounds decent.

    Without pics I'd guess $1500-1800. And does it have the new pro steer or pistol grips?

    I just boufgt a gravely ztr and love it.I demoed all of the major brands and found out that the gravely was the best in my opinion.I got the xdz model very beefy deck nice cutting machine in wet grass.Plus Gravely has been in business forever.Cant go wrong with a Gravely.There company motto is Keeps you cuttin and it is true

    well yes i like gravely alot very good mowers. and heres the thing i think we should either go with gravely, exmark, or johndeere then my brother think otherwise and my dad thinks the same as me. but thid w/b i dont think its worth it so we havnt bought it its still forsale. but no one has bought it.

    Its probably a decent deal. With the catcher and all it was probably new for $3500 or so.
