im looking to start up for next season(spring 2011.) im taking this summer to do my research on equipment, advertising, monetary issues, advertising, etc...

im looking into insurance/legal issues for a small business and it looks like a choice between my company being a LLC or a INC. Which one does your company have? why did you chose it? any advice for a new start up??? Thanks!

when u form an llc it a limited liability corporation. if anything happens and the company is sued they can only come after the company assets and not your personal assets. there is alot of info on the web about it i could carry on. this is a link that can help u look at what they are http://sbinfocanada.about.com/cs/startup/a/incorporatadv.htm
