I had a e-mail from a customer who said for financial reasons she had to stop my services, she said I do excellent work, a couple of weeks ago she e-mailed me and was apologetic for falling behind in her bills due to surgery, she said than that she didn't want to loose me as her yard man, its amazing what a couple of weeks will do to you. This drought STINKS!

She'll call you back when either her yard is waist high, or she gets some money. I've only been at it two years, but I've had a couple do the same thing, then when they are back on their feet, they call you back. I just let them know when they cancel the first time, there will probably be a slight increase in fees if/ when they call me back. Never had a problem, and ALWAYS raise the price. All is good.
    Good luck.
