Isuzu NPR question

    I seem to be the only advocate of a lift instead of a ramp but here goes. No dovetail with a lift makes truck considerably shorter with better clearance at back. Lift is very nice for loading heavy stuff. A rail lift will give added security to the equipment in the box. They are about a minute slower than a ramp. Not a good option if you are making dozens of stops a day.
    Get the longest truck you can fit on your route. I have a 16 ft box and filled it up pretty quick. If you can get a side door that would be nice. Wish I had one.

    Why don't you go straight bed with bi-folding hydraulic ramp.

    Yeah, fords haven't had a reliable engine since the 7.3. Go with a cummins as they are proven or if you have to do gas, then all big 3 have good HD gas engines. I like the isuzu I have, but it's hard to find a good one since people keep them if they are good
