I have a Jacobsen Aero King T6030 aerator for sale.
This has a HD Honda 5 H.P. engine and will aerate a 30" wide path. It has the vertical articulating hollow tines and does a great job in almost any soil condition.
I purchased this new in the mid 90s and used it for about 6 years before it was put in storage. I was the only operator and used it on about 6 or 7 residential lawns for that time. We took it out of storage and it has been used on our personal yard only about 5 or 6 times. Even then it was only used on a small area as most of our grass is St. Augustine and I don't think it needs much aeration.
I don't want to see this sitting idle forever. It needs a new home.
I do have the owners manual and the Honda engine has always had synthetic oil in it. You can see in the pictures how heavy duty this is and all the grease fittings it has.
This will be pickup only and we are located in the NW Georgia area. Zip code 30153.
I believe I paid around $2500 new and would like to get $800. I feel this is a fair price but let me know if I'm out of line.

How deep of a plug will that pull and what is the tine diameter? How fast can you aerate with it? Fast walking speed?

    Thanks for the questions.
The depth of the plugs depends on the soil. Always does best when the ground is damp but because this machine is pretty heavy it does well even in dry conditions.
The tines are 1" in diameter and hollow.
Speed depends on your right hand. This has a throttle similar to a motorcycle. You twist the right grip to control engine speed. I like this because you have really good control of speed without taking a hand off the grips. High speed would be a fairly fast walking speed.
