The right blade had come loose a little and was making a racket. Tightened it up and it quit for a while. Now the blade will spin on it's own, without turning the pulleys or other blades. The right blade will not turn with the blades engaged. I've tightened it as tight as possible. No luck. It seems like something inside is stripped.

    Anyone have any ideas?

Take that blade off and another and compair the mating surfaces, It sounds like the shaft face may be worn smooth, Some have a raised area that locks into the blade, Some have a cradle the weld could have broke.
