After reading so much, I decided to take back my JS75 and get the new model, the 7H17 hydro with a 48 inch deck. Anyone used one, or know much about it?

No but please let me know what you think about it.
Also post some pics because the ones on the website are terrible.

    Thanks,
    Jason

I did a review on the the new 7H19/54 about a month ago. Do a search under my name and you should find it. I am much happier with my HD75/54.

I would think that the news ones would be much better since they use the 7 Iron deck now.

The deck was nice, but the overall layout was awful to me. I used to have the M665 Z Trak with the 60" 7 Iron deck. I was very pleased with the deck and the mower overall was trouble free for the 600hrs I owned. I replaced it with a Super Z. I have never had a problem with the GS & HD series Deere w/b's and have used them for 7 yrs. now.
