Job site log sheet

    I wanted to see what other peoples log sheets look like for there forman or crew leaders to fill out. I do no have one but was thinking of impleminting one this spring to figure out times a little better.

    daily job report has the following fore me:
    FRONT
    clients name&addy
    supervisor
    date/temp/weather (clear snow windy rain overcast)

    invoice #
    vendor names
    materials

    subcontractors name
    work performed
    start/stop hrs

    changes
    # ie. 1/5/7 whatever
    change order/addtl work
    amount
    visitors to site
    remarks

    employee names
    job function hrs (plant/fin grade/mulch/irrig/cleanup)
    totals
    equipment hrs (plant/fin grade/mulch/irrig/cleanup)
    totals

    BACK
    work completed today
    site and/or site locations

    work scheduled for tomorrow
    site and/or site locations

    need for tomorrow
    tools & equipment
    subcontractors
    materials

    prepared by
    date & time
