Hey im going to look at one of these mowers today and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them. I run toro z turns but I found a good deal on one of these used. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated thanks. Dan

I actually demo'ed a JD 667 quik-trak last May, it was a great mower. Alot of people don't care for the deere stand-ons, but I really like them. The 7-iron series decks are my favorite decks on the market and you will not be disappointed one bit with the cut quality. I did find that the mower was better on hills than a ztr, but not quite as good as the wright ZK. I thought the quik-trak was actually more comfortable than a ztr, I felt better at the end of the day using that mower than I did when I used my ztr's. Even though the mower was a 60" deck it felt just as manuverable as a 48" mower to me, and visability is great. I plan on buying one when I can afford to buy another mower.

I own 4 quik-trak's it has the best cut, it does not hold hills as good as my ZX but as good or better than our grandstand. I might try the new scag this year but I would recomend the deere over the toro or wright.

Scag just came out with one not to long ago but I would recomend the deere, you will here people talk neg. about the deere but I really own them and use them every day and most have not but demo one for a week and once you get the feel of the controls you will love it, nothing cuts better then a 7 iron II deck.

Just so you know I am getting rid of my grandstand it just did not stand-up to the deere or wright and the wright will be gone by april the cut is not good enough but the power and speed is awsome.

I just priced 2010 - 657A under $7000.00 out the door and 667A is just a bit more.

Oh cool. thats good to know. That sounds like a pretty good deal! My local mower dealer has a 60 inch stander with 37 hp kawasaki. That thing is sick. Only drawback, 10,500 plus tax. He said he would sell me a toro 60 with 25hp for 7995.00 plus tax. Im torn between used jd for 3400.00 or that one. That toro is really nice. But price is price and its only a secondary machine for me. Any input which way I should go?

I'm still trying to decide what kind of 60" model I want. I've been looking at the 3100z ferris and JD 950 but, the weight on those bothers me and well the Wright's just seem to have engine problems from the way the engine mounts to deck, I have 2 of them and love the speed but, maintenance is for the birds.

I really wanted a ZTR for the 4+ acre properties we service but hrrrmmmmm
