I'm really considering this machine, anyone have one or used one? I'm looking for some input.
    Thanks in advance

Demo it before you buy it!

You may want to search LS; some issues are being reported with the new 800 series, I think

Better try and find a leftover 757 or 777.

Mine has been a total lemon.

    4 transmission belts
    2 deck belts
    broken deck lift
    casters that fall off
    broken throttle cable

All in under 100 hours use. More downtime than uptime.

I have a 830 I just got this year. I was going to get the 820 but my dealer said that it had to many problems and I moved up to the 830. I have the 60" deck, 27 kaw and I have had zero problems. I have cut on hills and in tall grass. By the way I had it for three weeks trying it out before I even signed the papers, as my dealer said I will not leave you hanging, if you don't like it you don't have to keep it. I love it. I used scagg for five years before that.

Just rolled over 20 hours on mine this weekend, no issues thus far - other than the crappy mulch kit. I have heard of others having some issues with parts breaking. Proceed with caution is all I can say...

Read the other thread on the 800's. Might wanna hold off now, problems are creeping up on the bigger models.
