Just picked up a John Deere Weed Wacker for my old man. Looks and runs real good. I was just wondering if anyone knew if there was a Hedge Trimmer Attachment. I've seen some of the attachments such as a saw, tiler, and edger (got em the saw and edger) but i was looking for a hedge trimmer. Anyone ever see a universal hedge trimmer attachment?

    Thanks

    Jeff

No, I have one & they only make a blower, trimmer, tiller & edger attachment. It does work good.

I have used a model in that JD line pretty hard its holding up pretty good. except the coupler is worn out.. it is a dedicated trimmer now.

They do not make a hedge clipper attachment for that line......

I believe if I remember correctly John Deere's home owner stuff is made by Ryobi now as well as Homelite and both have a hedge trimmer attachment. You can get them at your local home depot. I'm sure they would let you see if it attachs before you plop down your dough.
