Jungle job.

    52" out front Snapper
    22" Swisher trimmer

    Probably should of just used 6 goats.

    Normal mowing of this yard is just under one hour.

    Owner sells property, rent to own. Buyers/Renters don't mow.

    with your equipment it sounds about right, I might have added on $100 for the possibility of unforeseen hazards that might break your mower, I was thinking 350 - 375 when I saw your big rider.
    With my tt36s it would be about $550 including dumping.

    hourly + dumping is perfectly fair, but it does scare people for that reason.
    but it makes it hard to bid when you think something might take 6 hours, or it may take 10 hours when you're trying to pay employees and cover costs.

    Yeah, I think the 3 heads laughing is a little creepy too, now that I see them.
