    i was just wanting to know what dose ur average apartment complez bring in?

    mow,mulch,clen ups and so forth?

    Yes, it's really kinda dumb---but NOT THE DUMBEST-----the prize would be for the guy who recently inquired as to what UNDERWEAR are we all wearing----and tons of people DUMBED right along with him....

    well i cant really narrow it down beings i have never bid on one so i don't really know what to say to that. i was just curious what they bring in? and on top of that how do they pay? monthly by the year? just looking for a little help guys? help me out. oh and when do u want to bid on them?

    Price usually determined by size and level of service required. Payment on something like this is often a set price for season payable in installments through the season. Bid time dependent on hoa's or owners preference or fiscal year. Often, this time of year, some are fall, etc.
