I don't want to say I told you so (well, deep down I kinda do:D), and I'm sorry you're experiencing the same problems I am and many others here are starting to.

Let 'em swap the deck, but keep a running tab on how many times they try to get it to work, how many days/weeks they have it for each time, when they picked it up and dropped it back off etc etc.

I'm about to do my own swap. I will start a thread with pics of the process since several guys here are interested in what all is involved.

Little over 1 month in and at 100 hours still running like a champ, soon as I get new trailer in winter will be trading in for 54" or (60" maybe). Still not found 1 single thing to complain about, the unit is amazing cuts tall, wet, dry, in rain like a monster, leaves absolutely no tire marks or ripped grass in wet yards, my old gravely would just mud the wet ditches up, not sure what makes the unit perform so well tires and overall build who knows its amazing, will be sticking with JD for a long time to come excellent dealers, support, and field up-time if ever needed.

Gravely is back up and running so it can do the gated work 48" bad Governor seal, leak occurred day after the hydro were service and RPM's messed with.

G6's will be here Tuesday can't wait to try them never used gators before.

G6 blades are amazing, blazed right through some wet bi-weeklys this morning, 2-biweekly and 1-3week cut amazing how these blades perform.

From Friday evening to yesterday we had about 5 to 7" of rain as well

Well both actually with the owner of the dealership stepping up more than JD since he messed around with MOD deck for 5 days attempting to get it to cut like it should by his experimenting and instructions from JD.
The next thing I know I get a phone call stating they cannot get it to cut better than what I had it doing and there was a brand new machine ordered and it arrived last Wed.
Sorry ST I guess I need to start another topic and tell everyone what happened.

I like to see those gauge wheels on the 48" deck! Nice.
My 48" Toro Z has no side gauge wheels and I wish I had them.

    Have fun with that machine.

You talking about the anti-scalps where you set in different inch notches? Or the dial o turn deck height?
