What is the best way to do edging at the lowest possible cost? What is a great low cost blower that you recommend? Also I need a small lawn mower. Comments and answers will only help. Thank you.

Craigslist is your friend here, you can find good deals on good equipment, dont by crap its a waste of time and money, and know what to look for when buying used equipment, i personally compression test every piece of equipment i look at, if comp is under 100, its trash, if your buying new, stay away from big box stores unless they carry quality equipment, i only go to HD for Echo equipment. As far as edging, i run a stick edger, its quicker to run than a walk behind but they do come in handy if the edge is over grown
