just getting started

    hey this is my first season and iv got 12 lawns right now. I have a 21" Toro that is about 10 years old, ryobi trimmer, new echo blower, and other stuff... but my question is should i go the rest of the season with the 21" and get another, and hire somebody and then next year get a 36" Scag and trailer, or should i get a cheap 33" dn wat its called and not hire anybody,,,gotta pay cash for everthing not gunna get a loan or anything? any help or comments would help or w/e

    there is no way you need to hire anyone yet with 12 accounts, no matter what equipment you are using.

    the only reason you should hire a new person, if your working 40+ hours a week. Even then you could upgrade your equipment and spare the labor hours on somone else.
