I not just starting but need some help. I've been doing this since i was 14, and have always had 10 or 15 lawns a week, which i still do. I need some suggestions on how to expand more.

Try advert in local paper and print up some flyers.

Use the search button and you will see many ways to expand.
    Use--EXPAND--ADVERTIZE--GROWING-- SELLING--BIDDING--FLYERS--.
Do this and you can live at your computer for weeks and learn a lot.
Oh, I see you are from NJ so you need the way to do it up there. Type --BOBBYGEDD- and you will see a whole new way of working! He makes this site a lot of fun and as you read the replys you will get a lot of usefull info also.
the best way to expand is to do good work and let your work sell more. You can only sell what people want and need. Go to a book store and buy a few good books on selling and it will help your business and you life. Good luck.

    Hi Lawnboy112,

Your flyer looks great. You could add an area in your flyer that would allow you to write in a price for each specific lawn.

lol, that could be the dumbest thing i've read on here yet.

this is why i always get people saying "well the last guy did it for $x...." and my response is always "and what happened?..." "he went out of business" or "he doesn't return my phone calls."

lawnboy112, you're going to be kicking yourself in the ass when you realize how much money you leave on the table, AND how much you're mucking up pricing for other legitimate LCO's with insurance and rent, and those that have to buy food to eat.
