They do thier own fert and weed control for now.

Honestly, for the limited time I spent there the other day, I felt pretty good about things. Next week or two will tell the tale for sure. Don't worry, I'll post to let you all know how it goes... :)

Well, just finished my first full day cutting at this property. Things went really good. Rolled in around 9am, hour for lunch, rolled out around 6:30... 8.5 hours and I cut around 40% of the total area, and actually most of the more difficult areas. I think I'm looking at 20-24 hours total. I'll be back tomorrow and we'll see how much more I can knock out.

Well, I've officially cut the whole place... 3, 8 hour days... solo. My back is hurting from riding the 830 at max speed over the bumps in the open areas, so a suspension seat will get put on it soon. Legs are tired from all the walking... otherwise no issues. Finish up my other accounts tomorrow, then start all over next week!!

Very good. I don't know if I could stand being at one job for so long every week. It's kinda like you work for them.

I could never stay at one site that long. I too would consider myself an eployee if that where the case. I think u should strongly consider a 72" mower w/ a suspension seat. Hopefully the site conditions would allow for it. Think of how much money you'd be making now. Keep your 60" and grow!

How many cuts a year did you figure on?

Actually a 72" would work nicely in most areas out here, thought has definately crossed my mind. Not sure how much time it would save though. There is a lot of detail work mixed in with the open areas. May be worth talking with my dealer to see if I can get a demo of a bigger machine though.

I usually figure 28 custs a year. This year may be a couple less, as we had a late start.
