Bingo--Everybody is concerned about the color mower to put on the trailer, Mowing pays $10.00 an hour, Salesmanship pays around $200 per. Learn to sell! best thing for any part of your life. Personal or business.
And if that does not work---Hire She:)

Communication and going above and beyond the expected service. I can't even begin to tell you the many positive comments I get from my customers simply because I don't let myself or anyone working for me take shortcuts that result in shoddy workmanship. Comments like the old lawn service never trimmed so nice, and I can't believe you spend this much time on my lawn the old lawn service was in and out of here and din't do a very good job, etc. Frequently the amount of time they are commenting about is literally the equivalent of an extra 10 minutes.
Taking pride in the service we provide has allowed me to charge much more than my competition and yet still experience great growth and realize a high retention rate.
The few minutes of communicating with clients that are home has also helped.
