Kansas City!!!!

    I just picked up number 12th lawn off the mailiers jusy another 20 more to go!!!!

    What's everyone's min. on mowing I've been telling people $35 in some cases you can do a little less, But everyone's saying that I am High! I don't get it!

    All my lawns(24) are between $35-$50.

    My minimum for houses is $32 but Im usually at $37 or so.

    Dont let people tell you your price is to high.

    Mine range from $30-$60, although I do one for $25 (old retired couple, small yard, first account ever.)

    My minimum is $30, but I don't have any less than 40 right now. I started the ones I have @ $35 about 4 years ago & raised them to $40+ 2 years ago. I have never had anyone complain about a yearly increase as long as it is minimal. I have increased others by as much as 50% though & they had sticker shock & just stared at me because I left them speechless. It's always entertaining to give someone a price that you know they won't take & then they accept it because you've put up with them for this long already.

    I was going to start mowing tomorrow...bleh. Maybe Tuesday.
