Kansas City!!!!

    I talked with a guy who would send out twenty or so clients a year that he was interested in a letter saying that he was interested and would like to be included in any bidding process for the maintenance. He netted some nice large commercial stuff this way. It's an idea that I haven't tried because I've been so busy with residents. I have a couple large commercials that are my best clients by far. One called off an ad and another was a referal from a mower repair place. It's been very nice to have a couple large ones.

    Ive tried over 30 of them and they all told me i would never find one in a salvage yard. Tailgates on Fords are the first thing to leave a junk yard.

    Well...you prolly don't want this one. Me parent's neighbor has a 98 F250 that he pulls his fifth-wheel with. He forgot to put his tailgate down and sorta backed into it pretty good. I really don't think it works!
