    i have a 25 hp fh721d with a bad oil leak.
it is right below the govenor shaft around the crankcase cover. it also seem to have a lot of preasure in the valve cover when i open the oil fill.
    does anyone have any input?

Clean the engine then find the source of the leak and repair, A leak-down test would show any excessive blow-by past the rings. All engines have a certain amount of pulsing pressure and vacuum......

how do you do a leak down test. i did powerwash it and look for the leak and it looks like it is running down the crankcase cover.

You need a leak-down tester, Contact your local shops and see if they can do it for you.....
