I am looking for torque specs for a FJ180V - S04 engine, especially cylinder head and main bearing please.

The only torque specs I have are off my Kaw wall chart.

    Head bolts 16 ft/lb
    Connecting Rods 52 in/lb
    Flywheel 31 ft/lb
    Crankcase cover 78 in/lb
    Intake manifold 52 in/lb

When you indicated main bearing torque, I would assume you are referring to connecting rod torque.

Below is the torque sequence at 16 ft. lbs. , You will have to explain what you mean by main bearing. Maybe sump cover ?
