    I said that I was being very generous with my calculations, I just wanted to show that $25 is way to cheap for a lot that size.

    EDIT, did you mean that one acre lot isn't actually a whole acre? Sorry if I missed that

    Yes, usually they use a "Builder's Acre" which is 40,000 square feet. They do that for the sake of simplicity.

    I charge $20-25 for most yards. The other guys charge $20 too.

    The yards do not have much grass on them at all! just look at google maps of Ocean City, NJ.

    Kawi guy, how do you like you 650 back pack blower? Just bought one but haven't used it yet?

    And where is all your Kawi equipment? I only see the blower??

    I love the blower! It works like it should...

    Oh, and I have only one kawasaki machine as of now.....
