Can anyone tell me the difference in the two of these? I see the displacement is the same. Based on the 19,21, and 23 being the same except carb differences, I suspect the 25 is the same. What are the chances of turning a 23 into a 25 then?

Not quite sure on that question.
This was just asked of me today in a e-mail also.
Its a good question for the Kawasaki people.
I am not sure if it is done with the carburetor or maybe the cam and or ignition...
I will ask around and see what I can find out.

    Bump.

    Muffler? Maybe.
Governor? No way. Maybe an adjustment though.
    Carb...prolly.

    Any news on this PJ?

I had a dealer tell me this week that the head is a little different and the carb is a bit different. Same exhaust basically though.

If it's the head then some how they didn't change the displacement when doing it.

    It's the carb.
