Love it! I have that same model mower....
Has a great cut and is pretty darn durable.

What size tires are on your OBS? Do they rub? They look pretty sweet and I'm thinking about getting a set for my truck

    Yessir!
I'm looking forward to this season with it! Ordered a set of gator blades for it lastnight, as well as got the accelerator catcher swapped over to it.
    Which one?

The half ton has 265/75/16s on it, and with a leveling kit in the front and a lift in the rear, the front ones rub a little at full lock. But those things came from the factory with 235/15s. So a big change.

The 250 has 265/75/16s as well, and they aren't even close to rubbing. I had 33x12.50s before on it and they had good clearance too.

So are you going to use the JD as your main mower instead if the Walkers? Are you going to get rid of the Walkers???

No, the John Deere will be used when it's hot in the middle of the summer. I will run it down the walker stripes without bagging. That way, we can put the grass back into the ground when it really needs it. The Walkers will still be the front line machines. And the JD will also be used if I have a full time guy this coming season. We can both mow at the same time if needed, and the lines will match up. Still have not decided if I will have help or not though.

I was talking about your diesel and I'm thinking about getting some 33x12.5 tires so I'm glad they will fit. I'm assuming your 250 doesn't have a lift or leveling kit?

Glad I'm not the only one that thinks that! lol
It's stock for the most part, I have an extra full length leaf spring in the front end. Which raised it a little bit, but other than that it is stock. The 33x12.50s fit before I added the spring though

Some minor tree work today, try to stay away from it if I can, but money talks!
