All the sub divisions we do require us to mow big open areas that seem to have more dirt than grass, but they get cut once a week requardless. At least I can tell if the guys are busy (size of dirt cloud). I have to clean air filters just about every nite and often we blow them out with the blowers while out in the feild. Im up to 6 mowers (not including push mowers) to clean, lube and adjust so it takes a bit of my evening time.
How wet or dry is it where you are located geographicly?
We dont have rain in the near forcast either

We just got 2 inches of rain in Columbus, Ohio yesterday. 10 inches above normal for the year. Eastern part of Ohio got 5-10 inches of rain from Frances. Been a pretty good year here.

We received a lot of rain recently (not this week) and everything shot up in growth big time. Almost like this spring all over again. But this summer we had a really bad dry spell for 1 1/2 months
