My bobcat 48" walk behind is acting up? It starts from storage fine and will run fine for 10-15 minutes then when going up a hill it will stall out. After sitting for a few minutes or trying to start it for a few minutes it will start up and run fine? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help.

Check the float height on your carburator, it sounds like when you are at an angle it is starving for fuel. You can download a workshop manual from the kohler site that will tell you what the specs are.

Check the choke on the engine also. The extra load on the engine from going uphill may be showing a problem with the choke setting.

We've had trouble with this with our Kohler 14hp engine.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you both for all of your help, I will check the float and the choke settings.
