They put bigger wheels and tires on it. It has the 27x8.5-15 in the front and 43x16-20 in the back. They are wider and taller than the stock wheels from the factory.

I had the dealer do that to my 4500 when I bought it, but he didn't refer to it as an upgrade.

That's a nice tractor, and I think you made a good decision. I like the fact that Deere uses wet clutches for everything on their premium tractors vs the dry clutches that Kubby uses for theirs. Both are nice tractors and either would serve you well though.

  3. i got a kubota 3540 last december, have never had a hydrostat in a tractor and I really like it, very smooth.

I guess they call it an upgrade for the tires and wheels b/c they cost more than reg wheels. Its like buying upgraded wheels from the factoryon a new truck. They call that an upgrade b/c they cost more.

Classic has that always been your shop? Went to my dads for Thanksgiving and saw your trucks sitting there when I went by.

Ah gotcha. Yeah I don't know to many people around there lol. Weve been slowly fixing up tht property, the old owner left it in pretty crappy shape. We actually just went to settlement on it last week. It took the bank forever to get the deal done.
