I apologize if this is a dupe. I can't find info on it. The K ZD25 rear wheels tear up the grass on 360 turn. Has anyone found a solution (not not buying diff't unit)! thx

You can't do a zero turn on certain grass conditions...long and moist grass will scuff, mossy areas will scuff, you need to slow the turn down and do a 3 point turn...harder, dry ground under the grass usually allows you to do a true "skidsteer" zero turn without scuffing...

I can attest to this every day...I get lazy and try a zero turn....voila! A scuff!
    I don't think there's any getting around it...:dizzy:

3 point turn is when you're going to turn around, do a left turn, back up to the right a bit, and then finish your turn going forward again.

Or if you're turning to the right, turn 90 degrees, back up and turn to the left, and then go forward, turning the rest of the turn to the right.

Thx for the info. I do the 3-point and/or the modified swing turn.

Maybe I'm just jealously "misinformed" because it looks like the Lazers can do the true 360.

    thx again,
