labor rate

    just curious what is everybody charging for labor these days I'm in ct.

    $50.00 an hr. for me $75.00 an hr. for me and my helper

    What is everyone paying for entry level
    1-3 year level
    crew leader
    Management positions
    etc.

    Just trying to stay up with my game :D

    We currently charge a buck/minute. Up or down from there, depending on degree of difficulty and equipment used (tractor, bucket, ect.), and number of employees. For installs, double the cost of the plants, mulch, trees, ect. For shrubbery, we charge anywhere from $2-$5/shrub (size matters). I hear that you are looking for an employee!     could use all the help i can get. but I cant speak spanish. lol , good help is hard to find for more than a week . and most guys i start out at 10.00 an hr.
