That is coming out great. I always look to find a good project like that. My father in law owns a restoration shop and is a great fabricator. Would love to make a truck like this. I would feel much better sending a guy out with a truck rather than a truck and trailer. Can't wait to see the finished project! Best of luck to you.

You should make that dove tail adjustable! Possibly with hydraulics?!?!?

Adjustable = time = $$ = something for the guys to break!!! I like to keep it simple.

Some pics of the railings. Vertical supports still have to go in. Driver's side will be drop down so that is a separate piece. Coming along.

This project is looking GREAT! How are you going to secure your ramps when upright?
Both of my trucks have a spring loaded pin from buyers products. There is no pin to keep up with and no chains etc.
    Just a thought...

Not exactly sure yet. One of my trailers has a pin that lofts straight up between two slightly larger pieces of tube. Very simple to use. Similar to a tube hinge. I may go that route though I'm not 100% sure yet.

How tall did you end up going on the side rails and what is the spacing on those supports?? I like it cause it seems to be much taller and beefier than any of the beds I see rolling around here. Nice work, keep the pics coming!
