landscape contractor's license in texas

    I am trying to find out who give the landcape contractors licensing test in texas. Landscape archetect is all I can find. Is this the same? Replies appreciated.

    There isn't one that is required. You can join TNLA and they offer certification tests - but it is not required by the State of Texas, rather it's just a means of differentiating yourself from the thousand of other landscape contractors that do not have the certification.
