Rite now its a labor position, depends how things go this spring it might turn into a foreman position, in which ull be running a maintenance crew. anywhere between 40 - 60 hrs a week. the starting pay is around $10 an hr. but also depends on ur experience 2.

I live in union and I worked in mahwah and allendale last season. I'm looking for something closer. Where excactly do you do most of you work... or I should say where are your trucks based out of. I want to shorten my commute this year without taking a paycut. I was a foreman last season and ran a maintenance crew of me and 3-4 other guys that serviced 130 lawns a week (some commercial property but mostly residential). Be adviced I'm young, only 20 years old but don't be fooled.
