Landscape Irrigation Training CD-ROM; the cd is in the Rain Bird catalog (item number: D37251). I called Rain Bird this morning and they don't have it, the rep said it will be a few months before they get it in stock. Has anyone seen it or have it? I would like a copy, it looks like a great training tool for new personnel.

Not worth the time. The best way to train your personnel is have them do hands on.

Use your yard as your trainning field. Have the guys come in on a saturday you provide the burgers and beers. Pop a few misty's and strip a few rotors and let them fix them.

Or if you know an irrigation contractor willing to take on free labors, you pay them to dig holes and learn from experience.

if you have $5,000 laying around and the employee is going to stay with you then send them to Rainbird school in AZ.
