How do you order from j-thomas? I needed some parts (pulley, belt) for my Scag and I was finally given the part #'s. When I called to order I was on hold for 5 minutes and still nothing. I tried to do it online but the part numbers couldn't be found. I hear alot of good things about j-thomas but I'm not impressed. There speed is slower than a pregnant turtle! Matt

i found it hard to order correctly on line from j tomas but no prob over the phone. landscapers supply fine either way. between these 2 there is no need to look else where most of the time. i use rpcw for my lawnboy parts
