Looking for aggressive decision maker/problem solver, with 'can do' attitude, a 'hustle in the step', and common sense to grow with our company. A skill set is helpful, but someone with a good attitude, who gains the respect of coworkers, is a team player and willing to do whatever it takes is more important. 40-50 hour weeks during 'peak' (March-November), on-call for Zero Tolerance snow work in winter and some training opportunities. This position could be described as landscape specialist with 'special missions/other duties as assigned' thrown in. May be picking up from a nursery and doing deliveries one day, on a hardscape job the next two, installing mulch and plant material the next, manual/chemical weed control in shrub beds the following. Work environment anywhere from solo to working with five others. Drivers License, clean record, no drugs, good attitude, strong communication and problem solving skills are essential. Ability to upsell work would be an asset. Ideally this is a salary position, w/potential for the right candidate to transition into more sales and management. No drama cases please. If your 1st question is 'how much money' or you need 'common sense' defined, no need to take this any further. We're not looking for 'warm bodies', we're looking for committed people. If you'd like to learn more about our company, please visit our website at and send us an e-mail.
