landscaping logs, where to get them what to do with them

    i have a bunch of old weathered logs pinion pine and cedar ranging in size from 6 feet to 12 feet ave 2.5- 3 feet in diameter at the base i was wondering if landscape companies or private citizens would buy thanks

    How old are the logs and what kind of shape are they in? 6' is too short to sell for lumber. Anything over 8.5' should be good for lumber so long as there is no rot, and not a lot of knots in the wood. 2.5 - 3 foot is great for lumber. How many do you have though? Normally a lumber company will only pick the stuff up if you have a whole truck load, which is not a small amount. Otherwise you would have to deliver them.
