We need to clear this lot it has small sapplings up to 2.5" and grass. We have a bushhog and brush cutters, how long to clear and clean-up with 3 or 4 guys. We think it is approx. 3 acres. Remember it is much more grown up now and the trees have no leaves.

Depends on what you have for equipment to clean up the mess after you cut it. A flail cutter does a much cleaner job of cutting tall grass and small brush than a brush hog does.

We were thinking more like 3 days with a chipper to clean-up the pile.

Hey just thought Id give an update lot is a little more overgrown than originally suspected. We just finished our Third day, two 8 hour days with 4-5 guys chipping. Oh yea its kind of a swamp something else we could see. Buried this truck to the axles not 200 feet from the gravel lot nothing the tractor cant take care of though, but note to anyone renting a BC600XL Vermeer chipper the sink like a rock.
